WHAT TAMTAE IS NOT

TAMTAE is a self-help tool. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, or treatment, it is not a medical device, and it does not create a clinical relationship of any kind. It has not been clinically studied.

It is not a crisis service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis line such as 988 in the US. TAMTAE will show you resources if it detects that language, but it cannot help in an emergency and must never be relied on as though it could.

If you are under the care of a clinician, TAMTAE is not a substitute for their advice and nothing it says should override it.

THE REFLECTIONS ARE GENERATED

Each reflection is produced by an AI model from what you wrote. It offers a thinking pattern as a hypothesis to consider, never a fact about you, and it can be wrong, unhelpful, or simply miss the point.

Treat every suggestion as something to weigh rather than instructions to follow. You remain responsible for what you choose to do.

YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR ENTRIES

You keep ownership of everything you write. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your entries, sync them to your devices, and process them to generate a reflection you asked for.

Do not use TAMTAE to store information about other people that they would not want stored, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

TAMTAE includes a free trial period. It requires no payment method, and it does not convert into a paid subscription on its own — nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Paid plans are sold through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, and your Apple ID is charged on renewal. Manage or cancel any subscription in Settings on your device; cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access through the period you have already paid for.

A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment covering the TAMTAE Plus feature set for as long as the service operates. It does not renew.

Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy, not by us.

Plans differ in how many guided reflections you may request each day. Sessions you have already saved stay readable on any plan, including no plan at all.

CHANGES AND ENDING

We may change features or pricing. If a change reduces what an active subscription includes, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel.

You can stop using TAMTAE and delete your data at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or in a way that harms the service.

LIABILITY

TAMTAE is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, or from any action you take or do not take after reading a reflection.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and it does not affect consumer rights you have where you live.
