They get one card back: what it heard, one thinking pattern offered as a hypothesis to test, and one small next move. Then it stops. No chat, no streaks, no task manager.

THE LINEAGE, STATED PRECISELY

The thinking patterns TAMTAE names are the cognitive distortions long described in the CBT literature, plus a set specific to the mechanics of avoidance. TAMTAE applies that well-established idea to one specific moment. It offers a pattern as a hypothesis, never a label — and it has not been clinically evaluated. That’s the whole claim.

SAFETY

Crisis language pauses the product.

If an entry indicates possible risk of self-harm or harm to others, the reflection is withheld and the app shows urgent-support guidance instead — checked both on-device and by the model reading the entry in context. This is a guardrail, not a therapeutic feature, and it is never gated by plan limits.

THE THERAPIST REPORT

A report your client chooses to bring you — not a portal.

Client-controlled, alwaysThe report is generated on the client’s phone and shared by them, through the iOS share sheet, after a clear preview. Nothing reaches you — or anyone — without their explicit action each time.

YOUR CLIENT’S DATA

Private by default, deletable on demand.

Entries are encrypted in transit and at rest and protected by Face ID app lock. Voice is transcribed on-device where possible and raw audio is never kept. Entries are processed only to generate the one reflection and are never used to train models. Clients can export or delete their data at any time.
